A bug tracker is good. Reporting bugs that way is much better than using the forums for it. ...but it only works if you guys actually read the stuff posted there. Since you don't, it should be removed.

I'd rather they lowered the fitting requirements for it and adjusted the scout bonus accordingly. Or, instead of having insane requirements for non-scouts, they could cut the duration by a factor of maybe 5, and give scouts a bonus that increases...

The cloak should become slightly more visible when taking damage and should remain so a fraction of a second afterwards too -- to make up for the fact that it's harder to spot a cloaked player when firing your weapon (muzzle flash etc).
